The topic of mindfulness may sound elusive or vague to those who haven't tried it.  Mindfulness can be something other people do or may not even be considered worthy of time and effort.  When practised intentionally, nothing could be further from the truth.

In a world where your life can be full of multitasking, screen time and automatic reactions to situations on the fly, you may find yourself feeling your efforts in life produce lack-lustre results creating disappointment or even discontent.  At some point, the realisation that this kind of life can have you either avoiding your emotions and pains.
