In this profile we do techniques that teach you to “discern” your outer communication and environment in a relaxed and timely manner It enhances your ability to sense your environment. It is also directly related to understanding how to read the future. You work with creating a clear passage to receive messages Without sensing our environment and discerning it we can become anxious, fearful and fretful about the future.We can invite chaos into our life which usually surfaces in one of our gifts. We learn which gift to focus on and strengthen so it does not slip out of balance and create havoc with our emotions. It is great to relieve stress and pressure.
